It takes just a few moments of your time and will give us some basic information about you, your hair, and the services you are looking for. You can expect to hear back from us within 24 business hours (Mon.- Fri.), with any further questions we may have and availability to book your appointment.

When you get to Gems, please remain in your vehicle and contact the salon to let us know you've arrived. As soon as your stylist is ready, you will be contacted via text. ​

You'll be greeted by your stylist, who will guide you through the salon to their space, and begin with a 10-15 minute consultation. They will discuss with you, not only the details of your first visit, but also long term plans to reach all your hair goals.

Are you here for color? Color is our number one service at Gems! A custom formula will be created for you and added to our salon software.

​

Your service will be completed by a mini photoshoot. Your stylist will recommend the proper at home regimen for you hair maintenance, and will discuss when you should plan on coming back.
